Once you enlist the help of a qualified MORTGAGE PROFESSIONAL, they will help find you the right product for your particular needs and situation, including those who are self-employed.  DON’T ASSUME YOU DON’T QUALIFY based on online calculators! And, if nothing else, they can figure out a road to entering this market.
