After successfully completing the Real Estate registration program, Torrin didn't stop there... he continued working to receive his Broker Designation, and Accreditations as a Buyer Specialist and a Seller Specialist. Torrin then set his sights on bringing even more value to his clients, his team, and himself, and found his passion was to help others grow their lives and themselves. Next step was the rigorous trials of becoming a Real Estate Facilitator / Trainer with Humber College. Torrin will be one of the first people in the new Real Estate training program through Humber College to Teach and Facilitate the next generation of Real Estate Sales Representatives. Sommer moved to Grimsby 11 years ago to start her family and has been living and loving the area ever since. Sommer started in the Real Estate industry in an administrative roll at the front desk. Her organizational skills, customer service, sunny disposition and eagerness to learn, are what brought Sommer to the Lynn Fee Team in 2013 as the administrative and client care assistant. In 2015 Sommer took maternity leave and returned in 2016. She has re-joined The Lynn Fee Team in a Part-Time capacity so she can continue being with her family and have a career. Sommer is always happy to help and lend a hand whenever it is needed.

Kimberley Thompson joined our team in 2016, after spending more than ten years in customer service, marketing and social media management in a retail environment. Her goal is to showcase your home and make sure it tells its story. She also has an eagerness to assist our clients throughout the buying and selling process. Maribeth Lipiec is joining our team after completing the Humber College program for her Real Estate License. She has enjoyed dabbling in the world of buying and selling real estate, however, feels she has even more to offer the team in the much-needed position of LICENSED CLIENT CARE CO-ORDINATOR - blending her knowledge of real estate with her ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment along with her passion for people and their needs - especially when buying or selling a home! She has many years of experience as a customer service leader, and prides herself on building long-term business relationships through high level engagement and outstanding client care. With a strong passion for helping people, Maribeth is excited to be on board to assist in making our clients' experiences as smooth and stress-free as possible while continuing to gain industry and market knowledge working alongside the rest of The Lynn Fee Team.

Brianna has lived in Grimsby her entire life and loves the community. She has a passion for real estate and joined The Lynn Fee Team in 2021. Having quickly completed her Secondary School education, and embarking upon the Ontario Real Estate Salesperson Curriculum prior to joining, we knew Brianna was going to be a GREAT FIT for our busy real estate Administrative team! She loves being a part of the Lynn Fee Team "family" and learning valuable skills from other members of our team. Brianna also plans to sell real estate one day, and will be mentored by the professionals on the team. In the meantime, she is always ready to assist anyone who contacts the Lynn Fee Team. Brianna has a passion for animals and can often be found with her two dogs when she's not in the office. She also enjoys cooking and baking, and spending time with her friends and family.
